# Cohesivity — Terms of Service

These terms govern use of cohesivity.ai and the Cohesivity API. Using the service means you accept them. Questions: accounts@cohesivity.ai

## The service

Cohesivity provisions and proxies backend infrastructure from upstream providers through one API. Agents act on behalf of the human builder; the builder is responsible for what their agents do with the service.

## Tenants and accounts

- New tenants are ephemeral for 72 hours with tenant-lifetime hard caps; breaching an authoritative cap pauses the tenant, and unclaimed tenants are permanently deleted after expiry.
- You are responsible for safeguarding tenant credentials (`coh_management_key`, `coh_application_key`); anyone holding them can act on the tenant.
- Claimed tenants are bound to a Cohesivity account and its plan tier, quotas, and wallet.

## Acceptable use

- No illegal content or activity, abuse, spam, malware, attacks on third parties, or attempts to circumvent rate limits, quotas, metering, or billing.
- Upstream usage must also comply with the relevant provider’s terms (for example OpenAI, Cloudflare, Neon, Vercel, Deepgram, Exa, Resend, Razorpay).
- Do not extract or resell raw upstream credentials; the edge proxy is the supported access path.

## Billing

Plans, topups, and the headline pricing summary are published at /pricing; per-offering launch limits are on each offering page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Failed upstream calls do not consume quota or wallet.

## Availability and changes

Cohesivity is a launch-stage service provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Offerings, limits, and APIs evolve; tenant-facing changes are published through release notes and the runtime-upgrade flow, and existing tenants stay pinned to their runtime until they upgrade.

## Suspension and termination

We may pause or terminate tenants that breach these terms, their caps, or upstream provider terms. You can stop using the service at any time and tear down resources via the Management API.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohesivity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

## Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the terms change; the effective date above moves with it. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
