Use this address for billing, partnerships, account questions, data requests, or a Cohesivity integration that needs a person. The message should include the project or tenant identifier when one exists, the endpoint involved, the approximate UTC time, the HTTP status, and a request identifier if the response returned one. Never email a management key, application key, OAuth token, payment credential, provider secret, environment value, or raw wait token.

Billing and account messages should come from the account email when possible. Partnership messages should explain what you want to build together and who it serves. For API integration questions, check the public references first so the message can point to the exact contract that is unclear.
