An HTTP 200 from `/health` confirms that the shared Cohesivity front door responded at that moment. It does not prove that every tenant resource, tenant runtime, or third-party provider is healthy. Check the affected offering endpoint and its structured response when narrowing a problem.

## Safe diagnostics

Preserve the HTTP status, approximate UTC time, endpoint, offering name, and request identifier. Follow `Retry-After` when present. Do not send management keys, application keys, OAuth tokens, provider credentials, payment details, environment values, or raw wait tokens.
